Applicative Six sigma Green Belt Level at IBA

QEC members attended the workshop on Applicative Six sigma Green Belt Level at IBA from 16th -18th Nov, 2016.It was organized by CEE and presented by the Black Belts of IBA faculty, Dr. Rameez Khalid & Mr.Ali Zulqurnain.
Six Sigma is a disciplined, data-driven approach and methodology for eliminating defects (driving toward six standard deviations between the mean and the nearest specification limit) in any process from manufacturing to transactional and from product to service.
The main objective of the workshop was to train the participants in the use of Six Sigma methodology to improve the processes efficacy in their respective organizations. At the end of the workshop a test was taken and a mandatory Project Charter was given with a deadline to ensure that everyone should come up with a project, present it in front of the jury and play a role as a catalyst to increase the productivity and profitability of their organizations.
